I’m modifying a 24volt tank. It’s huge and it has power steering. The steering controls are taking up all the space where I would mount my go button. Has anyone modified anything like this before?

Picture attached. It’s sold by Walmart. I’m thinking I will just buy a big red button and mount it on top of the steering wheel, but I might still need to step down the power. Thoughts?
