Explore the exciting new features of GBGConnect designed to enhance your experience! While you may not see a big difference, there are certain little changes that are easy to miss! Here’s a guide to help you navigate:
- Admin Info:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find contact information in the footer! New contact information can also be found under FAQ’s and admin option inside bar menu.
- New admin/contact option for all questions/concerns
- Subcategories:
Another improvement to navigation and an easier way to find exactly what you need! You can add your topic to a specific subcategory.- Within this change:
* Best Practices was archived and moved to General Discussion
* Problem Solver was merged with Technical Discussion - To access subcategories, click into category and then subcategory option
- From the category home page, you can see which topics belong to which subcategory (color coordinated).
- Within this change:
- Wiki Posts:
When creating your post, if you are trust level 3 or 4 you will have an option to create wiki. Trust level 1+ can edit Wikis!- See edited post, updates, and improve link usage
- This will improve broken link issues as posts can be edited!
- Home Screen Layout
- Descriptions were shortened for overall increased navigation. All the descriptions have maintained the same meaning but may look slightly different!

Search Bar Navigationt
Look in the top right corner for a magnifying glass icon. Within this search feature, look up the topic you are wanting to read about, and it will display all conversations related to your needs!

Profile Customization
Adding a profile picture and bio will help you engage with others
Check out your profile for badges earned your current trust level & statistics within the website.
Trust Levels
Increasing your engagement will improve your trust level which in return gives you more permissions on the site.
